Sarah Update below

This Week:

10-12  Bread Ministry (Weis Day--lots of stuff available)

 6:30 PM Support Team Zoom

9-12  Clothing Closet (still need coats, gloves, winter stuff)

Please continue to pray for these ministries, our leaders and thank God for His provisions, protections, and the harvest and workers for it!

Don't forget our  service at 4 with communion and a quick pizza mal after.

Note: Adam Roberts and his house church will be using our sanctuary  at 7. Pray for them and for many to come to both our services. Who are you inviting?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Good Morning Co-Laborers! We are all co-laboring together and with Jesus as we fulfill our purposes and live and love more like Him. We are a team and doing our parts as best we can with what we've been blessed with. PTL! Thanks to Sarah and Mike for covering during my vacation and thank God for using them well! (Seems like I barely had off! YKIYK)

Just saw that Caleb has been sick and admitted to the hospital last evening for dehydration. Please lift him for healing and Dani for peace and wisdom.

I'm praying for you and all of us to continue to work at becoming more like Jesus and doing more of what we are created to do for such a time as this!

I'm keeping his brief  as I regroup and get back into the swing. May God bless you, provide, protect and use you well  and this week. Shine bright for the Light of the World has come. Choose joy always! Mike reminded us of that  as we set our sights on God and what He is doing and grow in trust as our hope comes alive. He also reminded us that it's all about LOVE! Amen! Go love well ! Let Jesus' Love come alive in you and flow through you and touch someone who needs a little love, hope and joy! Amen

Shalom shalom

Sarah Update:

Hi Warriors,

Wasn't it beautiful outside ..... and with the temperatures as chilly as they will be over the next couple of days,

that 'beautiful scenery' will be around for a bit.   I know some of you are looking forward to  and  when

it will get above 40!

Thank you for joining us on Zoom for Worship .  We had 38 worshiping with us.

Thank you Pastor Don and Travis for helping with Zoom and Pastor Mike for bringing us the Word - as we were reminded

of the importance of CHOOSING JOY, in all circumstances.    We lite the third candle on the Advent Wreath, the pink candle

that represents Joy/Peace.   Why do we need to choose JOY?  To show the world that we have faith ~ that God will provide for us!

   A few praises were shared:

Pastor Don is praising God for what is happening on a  at our church:

We, as a church have been giving out gift cards for Weis market.  We took $1000 and purchased

$50 gift cards to present to families that are need.   Wednesdays through the Bread ministry and the

evening gatherings we were able to identity several individuals and families that really were in need.

This past , a gift card was presented to a gentleman that came in. He left the church only to return a bit later

asking to speak with Pastor Don.  He was crying as he was overwhelmed with all that we are doing to help the community and

he was very grateful for the gift card, as he was now able to purchase some food.

Praising God for Gail organizing the volunteer luncheon, and for the funds from Bread Ministry..... that covered the

meal for those that help with both the Bread ministry and the Clothing Closet.

And thank you to EACH OF YOU ~ for your giving (tithing) so that we are able to pay it forward and bless others that are in need.

Since we have just started to make our way into the Winter months, there will be times that we may have to do Zoom only

worship to keep everyone safe.

We will notify you by way of  ONE CALL, which is a phone message made directly to whichever phone number you give us.

If you are NOT on the ONE CALL listing, please let me (Sarah) know and she will add you to the listing.

Also we will put out the announcement of our closing, on WFMZ's closing and cancellations listing. The closings run across the bottom

of the TV screen on Channel 69/WFMZ.

Okay everyone, stay warm, stay safe.....Pace yourself......check in on one another.

  Have a good week!

     Warm blessings to you all!

               Sarah
