Good Morning Worshipping, Very Loved, Brothers and Sisters in Christ! Amen! What blessings we know as a result of the works of Jesus this Holy Week and God's Spirit making faith in Christ and His finished works irresistible to us! Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life and our faith is a free gift as the Spirit draws us to Him and our salvation and helps us transform from our old to new nature in Christ. PTL! We have so much to praise and worship God for and if we keep silent even the rocks would cry out His praise. May our lives be lived as an act of worship and and may His love, mercy and grace overflow us like Living Water always! Amen!
This week mom, Terry and I are watch season five of the Chosen. It covers from the triumphal entry that we celebrate through the last supper and Jesus' arrest. How appropriate to watch that in preparation for Resurrection 's celebrations and the self-examination of ourselves this Holy Week. Who am I that He is mindful of me? Do I understand all He endured for us and our salvation? Can I work through the confusion and chaos of life with Him and hear His teaching and understand and apply it to my life or am I clueless and scarred like the disciples. Would I still be shouting Hosana on Good or would I have abandoned Him like Judas because of my closed mind and false thinking? Would I cheer to have Him crucified? We know our sin put Him on that cross and that he freely, willingly went to that torture and death for us and all who have sinned (that's everyone). We are blessed to be drawn to faith that saves but who around you has failed to surrender to the Holy Spirit's drawing that you need to ;pray for and help to find salvation and Jesus? Who has wandered away and denied Him like Peter that needs so e restoration? What will you do about these things? Well first, be still and know that he is God and His ways are not ours and then worship and seek first His Kingdom Then ask for help, guidance and His heart and mind and passion to go make disciples of Jesus. God saved and is refining you for such a time as this to go and live and love like Jesus as you are where you are and He has someone just for you to help find the Way. Will you?
May our lives be an act of worship and praise that glorifies and points to Jesus and may our actions fulfill His commands and our commission to go make disciples. That's how we change the world ! Oh yeah and this silly no kings march is really a bunch of atheists reject the King of the Universe. They are the darkness and their Kings is Satan. Many of these have already sealed their fate and are hell bound. Let them be. Justice is coming. However they may be some confused ones under the influence of darkness and evil that are questioning and being drawn from Satan's grip. Pray for them and then ask God how He wants you to do your part to bring salvation, healing and hope to them and do it. We are God's Worshipping, Very Loved, Brothers and Sisters in Christ! And he has gathered us for such a time as this to worship and to do our parts as His Good News Delivery Company. Do it and team up to pray, cover and help each other. Then bring someone along or the following evening to dinner huddle. God has new life, renewed life in Christ and forgiveness, healing and hope on the horizon for someone you know that He is bringing to mind right now! Worship. Pray. Prepare. Unite and GO! I'm praying for you and us! Someone is waiting and being drawn to salvation right now. The harvest is ripe and we are sent to harvest and prepare the harvest too and then to help disciples those who will come! Amen! Come Jesus come! Help us to shout Your praise and to do our part in Your Kingdom plans. Amen!
