Good Morning. Tough morning here at the Kerns household. Got awoken with a call from Terry that mom was on the way to hospital. Details are sketchy right now. She may have had a stroke. She is being moved from emergency to ICU. Prayers are appreciated. My sister and husband are flying down at 1. Prayer is for God to heal fully or take peacefully. I have peace. I was planning to travel down to work on legal things with my sister and Terry on the 19th. That will probably change now. Praying for you all! And for my family. God knows, cares, and is on it! PTL!
At this point we are still planning to study Jonah 2 . It's his prayer from the belly of the big fish. Sometimes we have to get to the end of ourselves to want to hear and listen to God. When we are at the end of the rope, God is there to catch and hold us. He is our deliverer, our healer, our help in times of trouble. Sometimes we need to cry out with all our heart focused on Him. He does love, care and hear always. May we all know His shalom as His kingdom comes and will is done. Amen!
