We received word that Mike Canfield's dad passed peacefully in the presence of loving family. Keep the Canfields in your prayers .
Hi! What a night ! And that led to sleeping past 8 . Thank God is my day off! But I still feel behind the 8-ball at 10am.
So our evening began with the invasion of 4 huge hogs in our yard. Still haven't found whose they are. We think they are sheltering in the woods behind our house. They destroyed Karen's veggie garden and broke our gutter and spouting plus some other destruction around us. Went to bed with them still feasting, Then the storms hit and our dog Archie needed com forting until after midnight. Add to that the taking of Nyquil before bed. Hence the sleeping until 8. It's now 10 and time to get to the day at hand prayed up, armored up and ready for battle and service in the Lord.
So have you had your quiet time? Have you turned the chaos to praise ? Where's your focus? You know, Satan, like the pigs and the hog that he is, comes to steal, kill and destroy. Will you let him? Of will you abide, load up, turn off the nose and cast anxiety to God who cares and hears and is faithful to provide and guide to His best. Think about all Job endured. The Lord gives and takes away. Praise the Lord. That's the right attitude as we assess the damage and move on to God's plans for the day. BUT GOD! What's you "BUT GOD" declaration ? Worship. Hand off the stress aND TRIALS AS YOU TURN OFF THE NOISE AND REFOCUS WITH PRAISE AND WORSHIP . Turn off the noise, abide in worship, armor up and go about His business for the day. I'm praying for you! God is with you. Who or what can be against us that God is not victorious over? Nothing and no one! Amen So refocus, cast all trouble to God, receive His peace and provision for the day and continue to be about Him and His business as you go live and love like Jesus . be blessed as you bless and revived as you revive. PTL! Be still and know! He is God Almighty and He is with you! Amen! Shalom!
