Sarah Update below

Good Morning Church. We are one in the Spirit and we are one in the Lord! We are the Body of Christ--His Church with Jesus as the cornerstone on which we build. We gather like the Acts 2:42 church weekly and God is connecting us to others and using us., May He grow our fellowship and disciple making! Amen.

I'm off for blood work then to church. Please read Our Daily bread and meditate as you abide. What is God saying to you? What will you do about it? Start with prayer and find some partners to pray, process and plan. God has great plans for you and us and He is using us. May we continue to join Him on His mission of love and help! Amen

Sarah Update

Hi Everyone......what a great day of worship and then fellowship at our brunch!!!

I wanted to share some of the prayer and praises that were shared on ......but first, I want to share another story with you, where Jesus was seen.....

Ralph and Pat Breinich share that they were headed to Quakertown and there was an accident, and traffic was being diverted onto back roads where they had

no idea where they were.    Having to pull off on the side of the road, they ran over some sharp objects that punctured two of their tires.

Out on roads where they had no idea where they were, Ralph proceeded to prep the car to put the spare on and Pat walked to the nearest farm house to see if

there was any one home that could help. (No one was home)    While Ralph was setting things up, three people road up on the bicycles and asked if they

needed help.    Yay God!!!   They helped them with their tire situation, and then road on.

They tried to go to Sam's club, and another tire store to have two new tires put on their car, but they were closing.  Pat got ahold of Blair who came to the

rescue once he found where they were.  They started home, with Blair following them....and then a gentleman in a pick up truck pulled in front of Ralph,

and asked them to pull over.   They pulled over and the gentleman was a fire fighter, and he had the tools and plugs in his truck and he put the plugs

in their tires, blew the tires up and they were now safe to head home.   (another Yay God)

Then Blair went and picked up two new tires and put them on for Ralph and Pat!    God was there and present!!!   Thank you Ralph and Pat for sharing.....

Hey everyone....keep your eyes open and SEE Jesus!     Share you story with me/us!!!   These stories are so encouraging!!!

Just a reminder you can still order your St Matthew's tee shirt......samples are at the front of the sanctuary and the shirts cost $10 per shirt.

If you have any questions, see or contact Gail L.      Wearing a tee shirt letting people know about your faith and where you attend church.

It could be a great conversation starter!

Nancy W - Kay Paul's daughter praised God that her mom was not hurt when she took a spill this past week.

Nancy also is praising God for being able to spend time down in Lancaster with family and friends!

Nancy also asked for prayer for Kay to remain safe and walk steady so she doesn't fall any more

Many praised God for the beautiful weather we have been having and for our gardens taking off.

Mike Laise shared a yay God that a co worker's sister that we were praying for as she went through IBF......she is pregnant!!

Prayers for the momma and baby as the pregnancy progresses.

Please keep Mike Canfield and family in your prayers - last week Mike's father passed away.  As most of the family was in the

Lehigh Valley, they had a celebration of life service for his Father on .

Hailey Lichtenwalner will be showing her steer  at the Allentown Fair. Please keep her and the other members of her 4H

group in your prayers for safety as they show.

Thank you to Lori and Barb and crew for a great time at our brunch!  We were glad to see some of the community join us!

Keep our bread ministry in prayer as they share HOPE and Jesus' Love with those that enter our church!

Thank you to those that volunteer to make this outreach a success.

Thank you to our property team and to those that help keep our property looking good by cutting the grass and trimming the scrubs.

Just a heads up, we will need to have a 'WEED PULLING' party......please if you can help with this, let Pastor Don or Danny R know.

Hope you all have a great week!!    Keep your eyes open for Jesus.....and share your stories!!

Blessings,

  Sarah
