Good Morning Worshipers! Prepare your hearts to worship in Spirit and truth and to enter His courts with

! Worship can be a 24-7 thing as we live our lives for Christ and pour ourselves out like a drink offering. Obedience is an act of worship too. Spending time in constant prayer is an act of worship. Being who you are created to be, doing what you are created to do, maturing in Christ are all acts of worship. So, how might you worship God

? This week? In the weeks ahead? He is so worthy of our worship, praise, glory and honor! Yes, hallowed be His name!

Days like

can trouble me. I haven't slept yet and it's 3:30. How can I honor God and bring His Word alive when I'm half asleep? BUT GOD! You see, He has allowed this sleeplessness for a reason and I spent the time with Him in study and prayer. Hopefully a few hours of sleep will follow after hitting the send button. He knows what lies ahead and will carry me. And I have little choice ahead but to lean hard on Him and allow Him to lead and use me

. It wouldn't hurt if you threw a prayer up for me (even if you read this and do so after church, because he is sovereign and other worldly and all prayers count and are used.)

we begin a study of First John and look at God being Light and THE Light of the World. I'm only including one devo below that ties to that in a way and ties to me and my journey as well. Sarah Young reminds us that we can be filled with the Light of God's presence. Are you? Have you allowed Him to drive all the darkness from you? His Light is cleansing and transforming. Soak in His Light

and go shine bright for the world to see as we unite to drive back the darkness. God has a plan for you and for that. Let's seek Him and His plans together and work at shining brighter each day as we dwell in His pure Light. Amen!

Sarah Young
